Sorry about that Steve - I can see how my statement would be confusing.
The answer is both to and from. Originally I downloaded TO LoTW using
DXbase 5.0. Then later as I got LoTW confirmations I downloaded FROM LoTW
to DXB2005 and the problems created in LoTW caused duplicates in my log. I
have found in ALL cases if DXB2005 IMPORT lists a problem (duplicate or
whatever) that I had better check it out. DXB2005 has found problems that
I didn't even know I had and in every case DXB2005 was right! Great job
