[Dxbase] KC6 Prefex Problem

of T8 Beula West Carolines is this right?  This guy has a Florida, USA
address > accourding to QRZ.  What sould it be and why?  Is this another
correction we must be aware of?

Hi Jim:

    I also get it to come up correctly as a USA station, CQ zone 3 and ITU
zone 6.  As before, you have gotten a different result than other users
while using the same program - I wonder what you are doing differently ?
