[Dxbase] Importing LOTW into DXBASE 2005

I have been uploading my home logs and dxpedition logs to LOTW. Now I want
to use any LOTW QSL's to help with DXCC. I would like to import this QSL
info into DXBase 2005 plus use it for DXCC submission. Is there a procedure
written up anywhere that tells you how to do this step-by-step?
