Hi All I have been having windows opeing, closing cause, along with other problems with RF getting into the computer. Are those power strips with about 60db reduction do any good? Those with the line filters built into the power strip for the data lines are they any good? What are the good ones that work? It's been my experience that none of those devices work for "radiated" rfi. I've had good success using those square ferrite's that you can obtain from most electronics parts stores and ham related outlets. The trick with these is to simply wrap all cords at both ends, keyboard, mouse, electric, etc.... around these squares. Good luck Jack ----- Original Message ----- From: "WA9YSD" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "DXbse Forum" <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, October 09, 2004 10:24 AM Subject: [Dxbase] RFI PROBLEM Hi All I have been having windows opeing, closing cause, along with other problems with RF getting into the computer.
