Ron,
Yes, that was my experience here.  I had a little "head start" by looking 
at what LoTW was finding and then "selecting" that QSO in DXBase for DXCC 
so when it came time to "confirm" the award, I had DXBase choose the 
selected QSOs and then record them as confirmed for DXCC.  My first (and 
only) submission at this point had 67 LoTW credits to apply.  Now it sits 
at about 10 more and I have already "selected" those for DXCC so, when it 
comes time to submit, they will be correctly recorded in DXBase.
