Thanks Joe, Joe knows my QSL operation here pretty well. MRC's ( mobile reply cards ) are great because in one SASE you can get several counties confirmed all at once. Saves a ton of stamps for the county hunter.
I use an auxillary Access database with extra SQL's for selecting QSO's to QSL. After using the selection wizard to load the Label file, one set of my SQL's goes back and loads the mobile station's county and state info into fields of the Label file that are not use in my QSL cards. Those unused fields are linked into my MRC cards that were designed in using a QSL Card as an example in the label designer. The card is then printed with 9 separate QSO's, each line having the mobile station's state and county, the mobile op receives the card checks it, signs it and returns it, very little work on the mobile op's part and lets me get quick return on multiple county confirmations.
