Bill, You are using the right report, and it defaults to ARLHS.
In the notes field you must enter LH before the reference: LH USA-578 and it only finds one reference per QSO. If he gave out two numbers, you need two QSOs with a minute between them since it is the same call. The "LH " is required for the report to know that this is an ARLHS lighthose reference and not something else. 73 ...
