I do have administrator permission but it's still saying trial version. 
When I double click the .reg file and answer "yes" to the question, it 
then says it was successful. I'm stumped. I need Dxbase on my laptop as 
I'm getting rid of my desktop computer once I get everything set up.

It's a Dell Inspiron 4000 with XP Home and 512MB RAM. 700MHz. Any 
suggestions?
