[Dxbase] Ten-Tec Orion & DXBase2004

I wonder if anyone might know how to change the Radio.INI file in DXBase2004
so that it will set the "PBT" when it moves the radio to a spot. I'd like to
get it to set the "PBT" differently for CW and SSB.
