I just had a simular problem but not the same. 1. Under TOOLS - OPTIONS - ALERTS What box is checked under GLOBAL QSL FILTER ? 2. Under TOOLS - OPTIONS - ALERTS What box is checked under GLOBAL CATEGORY FILTER ? Checking the proper boxes is the trick. I think the NOT WORKED box needs to be checked and I trhink but can be wrong about this, but maybe Individual Mode and Band should also be checked. See if this works.

When I print my labels it says in the lower right corner 73 de Yourself instead of using my name. I am sure I am overlooking something simple but could somebody point it out to me ?
