[Dxbase] WPX award question

I am working on submitting my first WPX award application from DXBase 2003.
The award report lists 301 different prefixes, however some of them are on
17M.  The CQ WPX award rules state that "WARC band contacts are not
acceptable".  Why would the DXBase award module select contacts on a WARC
band if  those contacts are not allowable?  How do you prevent these
contacts from showing up in the list?
