I have followed Joes instructions below. He refers to the line Insert the
following line (exactly as is) what line needs to be inserted? In ini file? I
am just not getting it. Please help.

(1) Edit your Rptdesc.ini file using Notepad or Wordpad -
Insert the following line (exactly as is) into one of the Standard Reports
folder --
such as in the LoTW Reports area:

lotw_dupeqsos.rpt Q Displays any Duplicate QSOs in your logbook.

(2) Unzip/Extract the ZIP file that can be downloaded from the bottom of
this webpage.
The new report file should be extracted into your DXbase2005 "Reports"
folder/subdirectory.

For the purpose of this Report, a DUPLICATE QSO will be one that has the
Exact SAME Call, Date, and Time.

Gosh, I was happy as a clam when DXBase 2005 came out with WinKey
compatibility. WinKey cost only $30.00 and provides lots of features (delayed
amp keying, worls with paddle inputs, external potentiometer speed control,
etc.). I don't know why anyone would want to use anything else.

I also appreciate the WinKey support and the WinKey product too. It's now
available with an enclosure which would speed up construction. As Chuck
says, it's very configurable, and it's also compatible with other software.
It's the only keyer that I am aware of that can be software controlled and
provide compensation for radios that shorten characters too. It can even do
Farnsworth keying. But you can see all of the settings by looking at the
DXbase WinKey option window.

I've had lots of keyers and like it the best so far.
