Well I have the same problem as Raymond.  But I think I've found the 
problem.  Raymonds result occurs if you do not enter the data with F10 at 
the start time.  Entering End Time then re-sets the Start Time
If you enter the data with F10 as a completed QSO and then go back and 
right click to enter End Time you get the correct time.
