I check this box. It does help fill in some of the blanks, as you said. 
DXbase will handle the VE provinces and county name situation. However, 
you might get some wrong zones that DXbase doesn't catch. There is a 
report by Joe Glockner in DXbase that will check for this. If you have 
DXbase 2005, you will need to add it. Go to Joe's web page: 
http://www.anzwers.org/free/wa6axe/selection.html and download the 
checkmyzones report. Then add this line to the rptdesc.ini file under
[User Designed Log Maint]
checkmyzones.rpt B Validation of your logbook's CQ and ITU Zone entries.


The report is already in DXbase 2006. However, the line referencing it 
was left out of the Rptdesc.ini file. I added this line to the file, under:
[HF Statistics]
{HF CQ Zones}
checkmyzones.rpt B Validation of your logbook's CQ and ITU Zone entries
