This is not an easy thing to answer.
A lot depends on your printer.
Is it top feed or bottom, will it accept a small size piece of card stock.

I bought some card stock at Copy Max and asked them to cut it for me.
It was 40lb, and it fed properly, Epson ink dried quickly and it worked fine.
