Earl,

That worksheet is for informational purposes -- when you are
ready to submit - then you use the BUTTON right above the
worksheet -- that button is called QSO Form ... that will be
the same thing - without the extra columns ...

By any chance, do you mean the report that will look for dupes that can be 
imported from 
incorrect LoTW information.

such as a qso that has the same date/time info but may have a different mode 
than you made 
the contact with.

If so...It's in DXB2006 in the LoTW Reports category, on my machine it's the 
4th choice.
