My project to compile a less than $100 tower cam is on the tower and operational. Still have to adjust focus a bit which will require a few trips up the tower with a handheld to get it right. I see the iris is open a bit too much (notice yellow on element tip?) Fixed focus, fixed iris lens. I did this on the cheap. The housing is not heat/cold controlled so camera may shut down in extremes.
