I know there is a way to be notified when a certain call is spotted. Is there a way to block a certain call so that I don't receive spots on it? I have a country that I need and it appears the only operator that I see operating most of the time happens to be one who appears not to QSL and his QSL manager collects green stamps. So I just as soon not even see spots concerning him.
