You can change it to whatever you find to be accurate because CW and SSB
are allowed ANYWHERE in the 160 meter band, BUT the ARRL considerate
user band plan is as follows:
      1.800 - 1.810  Digital Modes
      1.810 QRP Calling Frequency
      1.800 - 2.000 CW
      1.843-2.000 SSB, SSTV and other wideband modes
      1.910  SSB QRP


So I would say the CW portion needs to be up to and including 1.842. BUT 
when a phone contest
rolls around that includes 160 meters you can expect to find phone stations 
all the way down to 1.800.
