In the DXB Import utility there is a window that says "QSO's for these OPR calls". In my case the only call that shows up there by default is K8SIX. If I download from LOTW and get a hit for one of my previous 4 calls and have not entered them in that window it will NOT be imported.
I suggest all registered calls go into that window by default so you import all your records.
