I have about 100 QSO's from the 2005 CQWW using N3FPJ's logging software that I
would like to NOT have to manually enter into DXBase 2005.

Not having tried this before I am going to make a copy of the .mdb file.

What procedures should I use? Export into ADIF? Cabrillo? Just do it by
hand?

Thanks!

Export your CQWW log to ADIF then import the ADIF file into DXBase.
It's just as easy as that.
