Thanks everyone for there ideas on why I can't import the 3y0x into
DXBASE2005. I get a Prefix error? from the import utility.
In DXBASE2005 I deleted the mapping of 3Y0X to 3Y/p. I entried the qso
manually. I got a popup asking me if I wanted to map 3Y0X to 3y/P and I
said yes. both qso's went in DXBASE2005 with no problem manually.
But I worked them again today on 17Meters SSB. I use Writelog for all
my on-line logging and exported a adif file with this qso in it.
The DXBASE2005 rejected it again:
ERROR: Prefix? 3Y0X 20060213 2331 18155.00 17m USB 59 59
The Writelog adif file
WriteLog
<EOH>
<QSO_DATE:8>20060213 <TIME_ON:6>233133 <FREQ:6>18.155 <BAND:3>17m
<STX:1>1 <MODE:3>SSB
<CALL:4>3Y0X
<M:1>1
<A17:3> 1
<COUNTRY:10>Peter I I.
<PREF:4>3Y/p
<RST_SENT:2>59
<RST_RCVD:2>59
<EOR>
So I don't know. Maybe I have to upgrade to DXBASE2006? BTW the Import
Utility is version 1.0 which maybe out of date??

How can the background color of the log text fileds be colored and saved so it
reoccurs everytime DXbase 2006 is opened?
I tried these steps but it wouldn't work:
View / Styles/ / Text Fields / Change / Color / Blue / OK /
Checked X "Save as DEfault / OK
Then text baxkground was colored blu on the screen but when the program was
closed and then reopend it was all back to black & whire again.
How can the colors be made to stay as the default?

Select Color and choose which background you want
Click on OK
Then put a tick in the box....Save as default
And then click on Ok
