I am in the process of making up a DXCC request form and card pack. I used DXBase 2005 to originally select my cards and LOTW contacts - which worked fine. After the first selection sheets were made I picked out the cards. Then I used the numbering facility in DXBase to number the contacts that I wanted to use on each of the multiple contact cards (I did not number the contacts I didn't want to use). Then I re-ran the DXCC form program. Now the multi-contact-card contacts are listed on the back sheet of the DXCC request form but those contacts, which were moved to the back, have been replaced with new contacts from the log in the original places on the sheets. The contact count from the DXCC program is 379 but the contact count total on the new sheets is now 401.
Can some one help me understand what I am doing incorrectly?
