To all: DXbase2006 - as it comes from Jack's website - already has the Canadian provinces' coordinates listed for each of the VE callsign prefixes that are in the Alias Map table within the Refdata.mdb file.
So, with the inclusion of the "STATE Groups' coordinates", USA States and Canadian Provinces are taken care.. If someone is interested (now - vice waiting for the next release) - and they are running DXbase2006, I will communicate with them one-on-one and get their Refdata.mdb (Alias Map table) updated... If you are skeptical about doing this - then just hold-off. When I adjust someone's Refdata.mdb file (that they will send to me) - "nothing" will be lost!!! 73 Joe wa6axe
