I have some more information concerning this mystery.

Of course I backed up my databases, so I went back and looked at the DB a
couple of weeks later. The entire day of Jan 28 had NONE for LoTW QSLs, while
days before and after were fine (LoTW were flagged). Remember that my current
DB has maybe 20% or 30% of the QSOs on that one particular date flagged as
LoTW. I tried a repair and then a compact on the DB and looked at it again.
Every single QSO on that date now had the LoTW flagged, which they should have
been. I then looked at a subsequent backup. That backup had some flagged and
some not flagged. A repair and compact didn't have any noticeable effect.

I am now worried. What other log information is subject to "change"?
