Peter,

For now, we intend to leave the primary prefixes as they are in DXbase and 
simply add an alias map for the E5 prefix to S. Cook.  There seems to be no 
reason to remove the ZK/x primaries since as you pointed out, they will 
still be ambiguous... hihi..
