hey there Joe. It's Bill
If your 'reg file' included all your calls, here is how.
In the DXB2007 directory is a subdirectory called Virgindb
In that subdirectory you will find a file called, Dxb2007.mdb and a Readthis.txt
What you do is copy this Dxb2007.mdb to the DXBase directory which contains you
V31JP.mdb
file.
And then rename it K8JP.mdb
repeat this process for each of the callsigns.

Hint:
I create a subdirectory called 'Safety' and I copy/paste the DXB2007.mdb file
into it so
that I don't accidentally rename it and forget.

After you copy/paste/rename for each of your callsigns.
Then you can go ahead and do a DXBase Import and select the 2006 choice.

Hint:#2
The DXB2007.mdb file contains one qso (that info is in the Readthis.txt)
You will want to delete that qso either before or after importing you log.

Hope to see you at W9DXCC.

Bill
