John, I printed the report in DXbase that is very close in format to the one from the ARRL. Then I sat at a table and compared the two. I marked all the entries that I have confirmed that the ARRL did not have on their list. I found the cards and sent them with my next submission. There were a few that the ARRL has confirmed that were not in DXbase. I found most of those QSL cards and entered them into DXbase. At this point I think there are only 3 differences between the two reports. I can't find the matching QSL cards. They are not rare countries so I am not going to worry about them.
