For years now I have been handling SWL cards using the SWL routine in the past few releases of DXb and thought my SWL bureau cards were being printed along with my regular batch. Yesterday I had an SWL card sent direct so confirmed the QSO info, completed the SWL call and RST window and saved. I was then surprised to find no file was ready for printing. Tried 3 or 4 times to no avail. I then dug out the cryptic info in the help files and find that these replies go to a Label Group S where I found all of my non-delivered SWL cards however unable to find DOCs on how to print same. It appears that when using the SWL-QSL templates I am asked for the SWL call sign. How does one know what card it wants to print when you have 20 or 30 in the queue and why since the SWL call has already been added does it require same? Can someone point me in the right direction here. When you use the swl card/label choice, it assigned this label to Group S. If you go to the Pending Label screen, by choosing the "Tools>Database Access>Labels" or by clicking on the Tools Icon with the little magnifying glass, you will get to the window that has first...the address labels, and the next tab shows the 'QSO Labels'. Your SWL labels will be in the Group with a S. You can delete them, modify them from this window. If you choose to print labels, enter S into the group.
