[Dxbase] Importing a LoTW ADIF file into DXB2007

Anyone successfully done this? I figured out how to download my LoTW ADIF 
file, but when trying to use the Non-DXB import utility, things fall apart. 
I get a message that "The DXB2007 database can not be opened." And no, I 
don't have DXB2007 open at the time I try to import the LoTW .adi file. Any 
ideas? Thanks, John Farber
