Joe & All Problem solved. Seems the orignal db was older than I thought. While looking at the files I had backed up I saw that even though I had had saved an ini file that had a 2001 label so I tried importing the file using the 2001 date and everything went great. Strange that the date was so old as I had upgraded to later versheions until 2005. Thanks for your help and I look forward to enjoying the program again.
