I created two 'qsl cards' which are really nesting envelopes. One is the actual outgoing mailer with the address of the station or the manager The other is a self addressed return envelope. They match Bill Plum nesting airmail envelope sizes. The outgoing card as the USPO Airmail artwork.
Using DXBase, I print the card, the mailing envelope, and the return envelope. For stateside stations/managers, I have another set almost exactly alike without the airmail designations. I can provide the files for anyone to view and adapt to their use. One feature I hope that Jack can provide in the future is create the ability to print multiple pages. So I can put the card, outgoing envelope, and return envelope into the printer and the qsl info would be printed to the card, the address of the station/manager on the second page (outgoing envelope) and the return address (mine) on the third page. I assume that would take a bit of code and may not be useful to all. But I'll put it in my 2008 wishlist anyway.
