If you installed the RAC native program, go to Start>Programs and select the 
RAC program and right click to check the 'Properties'.
Copy the syntax from there.

This is a common issue with RAC.
Depending on your version of Windows, (not all versions are the same d, it's 
dependent on what upgrades have been installed)it's real picky about the 
correct syntax of the \.
Some computers insisted on it being added to the end of the URL link.
Others didn't.
