I'm trying to do some data mining. And I find that I need yet another Column field. I need a 'CONTEST' field. I'm trying to find a pattern of 'who' operates which contest, and which bands and how easy it is to log that muliplier. and of course, DO THEY QSL?
Presently, when I import contest .adi logs into my logbook, I use a convention for naming contests. But that puts that 'contest name' into the Notes field, making that field useless for other data. My convention is normally: year, official contest name, mode; 07 CQ 160 Meter Contest SSB 07 Missippi QSO Party etc. I don't need the names of the contest in a drop down menu, far too many for that. I'm probably the only person who wants this field.
