I got the crash by following W2PA's steps.  I have no undocked toolbars. 
I don't know what the "QSO toolbar" is, exactly.  :)  Probably this is 
because I don't have it displayed.  The only toolbar I have is my own 
custom one, containing only those command buttons I want, docked at the 
top.
