Time to update my DXCC so I decided to send in some of my 160 meter
cards also.
I decided to send 79 Confirmations on 'single' cards for 160 mtrs plus a
few on 'multiple' cards. When I go to: Output \ Awards \ DXCC I marked
160 - Wizard Records - Cards only and Select Marked QSO Records.
When I click 'Compute' I only get 'Number Entries 3'. It should say 79.
I have set Selection Wizard to: Output Type Reports, individual Band,
Mixed Mode and QSO Filters to: Band = 160, Valid DXCC, and Select =
DXCC - NOTHING ELSE IS MARKED. I click OK, START, Yes on
the "Records exist........" warning and I get a total of 79 QSO Records. So
far so good.
In DXB2007 I have marked the Select column for the 79 cards and am
trying to get DXB2007 to clear the Select field and Set the Award field
like 'DXCC Award Submission' window offers to do.
The PROBLEM is that the 'DXCC Award Submission' only COUNTS 3
QSOs not the entire 79. The only thing I see that is common is that all 3
are PHONE on the Mode. There are other PHONE QSOs in the group
of 79. On all the 79 QSOs ONLY the 'Select' column is checked
- the 'Award' column is NOT CHECKED. All QSOs show confirmed
by CARD or BOTH. All are VALID and none of the 79 have ever
been Credited for 160 mtrs before. Only the 3 that the 'DXCC Award
Submission' recognizes will do the 'clear Select field and set the
AWARD field'. I do NOT want to have to do this manually although I
could have saved a LOT of TIME if I had. I did change the Multiple
card QSOs for 160 only manually but I need to figure out how to let
DXB2007 do the change-over on the entire group - and for future use.
THERE IS OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING I'M MISSING OR SOMETHING
I'M DOING WRONG - HELP !!!! - TWO DAYS OF LOOKING AND
READING THE HELP FILES IS ENOUGH.
ANY IDEAS ??
