[Dxbase] Initialize Tables

[Per Molund]

Upon running 'Initialize Tables' I notice that /MM QSOs shows
up under 'Records Not Valid for DXCC'  which I assume is
correct. But what about /AM QSOs? I would assume they
also should be marked as not valid?
