Montenegro is now 4O (four oscar), meaning 4O0 to 4O9 Serbia re-inherits YU3, YT6, YU3 and YU6 from Montenegro Serbia relinquishes 4N and YN to the ITU Montenegro relinquishes 4N3 and 4N6 as well. Cheers, Peter, W2IRT
