I basically followed the 2007 instructions and it worked fine.
And, I have the Mesozoic Era version (2001).

You know see why Bill said "carefully" in response to your question.  :-)
Search the archives for "4O - Montenegro"  that thread may help you - but
it's not for the faint of heart.
