Hi Joe-
It's been a long time since I've contacted you, probably years. In the past you did help me with a label project and solved the mystery as to why the number of QSO varied when I included all modes or just CW or digital. That issue had been carried over thru several windows of DXB and I had tried without luck to get Jack to realize there was a problem. I recently installed a software update for another app which didn't required a reboot. However when I attempted to reboot later DXB hung and wouldn't close without being forced thru the task manager. Next time it came up it said I need to initialize tables but when I attempt to do that I get a popup window saying no current record. The log looks intact, but is alerting on every cluster spot indicating it as needed. I have a backup copy of the mdb file but it is about 6 weeks old and I have been active. Any suggestions? Any prospects for DXB2008 that your aware of? I've been off the tread for a couple of years since everything has been working so well -- HI. I have a new TenTec Omni 7 which doesn't function with DXB either, I have tried all TenTec and various radio files. I called Jack and he said he wasn't aware of the radio and got the usual complaint about how manufactures keep changing their radio interfaces. He said at the time he was too busy doing software for the Bell South/AT&T merger to work on it. Perhaps it has since been cover on the reflector, I don't know. The radio was favorably reviewed in the July QST. 73 Dave -N4DB-
