Mike, I do not know of anything that imposes a numerical limit on what you can print..
Once you know which ones were in fact printed, simply go into DXbase Main Menu / Tools / Database Access / Labels ... and click-on the QSL label TAB ... there, you will see the QSOs that are in the labels pending database ... simply DELETE the 30 or so qsos that WERE printed ... and then get out of that window and go back into your Output / User Designed Labels, etc etc and print the remaining QSOs again ... (That's somewhere around 150 labels.) I'm not sure whether you are talking about sheets of labels or individual labels but I'm assuming that you mean individual labels. Remember you can select the number of labels to print...I did that so that I wouldn't run out of sheets in the hopper. I usually only printed on sheet at a time because the sheets of labels would sometimes stick together when being fed into the printer. I haven't done any printing with the 2007 version, but I tested it several times and it looks like it works exactly the same as all the previous versions.
