1/ the 7800 in common with all other Icom's won't log Split mode. this is because Icom have no way for software to tell if Split mode is enabled or which VFO is used for TX.
2/ I have, very very occasionally seen issues with the read from the 7800 producing incorrect output, I think this is down to data collisions between my microham band decoder and Dxbase's Poll. I am seeing this in perhaps 1 in 500 loggings. I really do not think this is a Dxbase issue and is occurring because the microham decoder is polling the radio at the same time as Dxbase 3/ if the radio is set to 19200 there is quite a bit of scope for speeding things up by shortening the pacing and EOC values in radios.ini As starting values. try pacing = 1 and eoc(25) on the select and set lines eoc(50) is a good value for the get lines, you may get away with further reductions.
