The Radio DOES ALL of the "freq" setups correctly and VFOA is set for the proper MODE --- BUT, (here is the glitch), the MODE for VFOB is "always" set as USB ??? I have played with the Radios.ini file for the TS-850 -- and can not for the life of me, get the MODE for the VFOB to setup "correctly".. Has anyone with a Kenwood - been able to HAVE a spot with a SPLIT QSX (freq) in it setup the Split MODE (VFOB) properly? 73 Joe wa6axa From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Oct 26 00:56:06 2007 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Joseph Glockner) Date: Fri Oct 26 01:03:31 2007 Subject: [Dxbase] Follow-up to my last email about Radios.ini file -- Joe WA6AXE Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To all: The MODE for VFOB (when split) is "always" the MODE that I manually put it in - before clicking-on the SPOT that has the QSX (freq) in it ... I just manually made the MODE for VFOB as CW vice USB .. Then - clicked-on a SPOT with the QSX (freq) in it -- and the MODE for VFOB "stayed" at CW -- vice being setup as LSB - which would be correct for the frequency. 73 Joe wa6axe
