There is a window in DXbase to send commands to the Internet Packet Window.
Is there a way to keep a record of these commands in that window so I can
recall them later instead of having to re-type the command. For example, If
I want to send a command such as sh/con, is there a way for that command to
stay in that window so I can recall it later?

Help file.
Search for "packet commands"
Then in the "Choose topic to display" choose "Packet Commands Toolbar"
then "Create Stored Commands"
