TO all DXbase2007 users, I need to find out how many DXbase2007 users are REALLY into submitting for the CQ DX Marathon Award...
For the 2008 imi 2008 CQ DX Marathon award submission (next year) - I am making a standalone exe file that will "Assist you" greatly in making the final entries into the EXCEL program 2008 CQ DX Marathon "template" that is downloaded from the CQ Magazine website ... Currently, the user HAS TO hand-poke-in all of the DATA (QSO data) that is required in the EXCEL Spreadsheet. This standalone EXE program file will MAKE a "Text" (*.txt) file -- that you can simply OPEN into a blank EXCEL Spreadsheet .. then you simply Copy all of the data cells from that Interim Spreadsheet -- over to your CQ Magazine's Template EXCEL Spreadsheet.. It will cut down your manual-time "immensely" ... How many people are going to submit or have already submitted their 2007 Calendar Year EXCEL file to the Award manager? How many people might be planning to submit (for real) next year (calendar year 2008)? 73 Joe wa6axe
