Ilya, Please take some time to review the extensive information contained in the DXbase 2007 help file for Labels and QSLs. An understanding of the process will help you understand why certain things happen.
In short, the error message means that you already have a pending label for the QSO that you tried to save another pending label for. DXbase uses a two step process for label printing. First you store the pending label information. This creates label records in a database which you can view from the ICONs on the toolbar. Second, when you select the Print Label function, DXbase prints the label information from your pending label database.
