Joe, WA6AXE, developed a utility that will update the refdata country prefix 
database and also update impacted QSOs in your QSO database.  You can visit 
the support page of the DXbase web site where you will find the URL to 
download the utility.  It's painless, and handles all the prefix changes 
that have occurred since DXbase 2007 was released.
