How do i get the Yaesu FT-950 to work with DXbase 2007.

Not necessarily so. Example, Lynchburg, Virginia is good for Amherst,
Bedford or Campbell. All of this information is on the County Hunters web
site.

Virginia Beach is considered in Isle of Wight county. The independence
cities in Virgina use the nearest county as their county. I live in
Chesapeake, an independent city, next to Virginia Beach, and use the same
county also.
I know it is confussing.

Arnfinn,
We have no knowledge about the Yaesu FT-950 radio. There are many Yaesu
radios that are currently supported in DXbase. You could contact Yaesu and
find out which of the supported radios will work for the FT-950 and choose
that in the DXbase user options. I am assuming that Yaesu did not create a
brand new RS232 interface set of commands, and therefore one of the previous
radios command set will work with the FT-950.
If Yaesu has created a completely different RS232 interface, then it might
be possible for you to modify the DXbase radios.ini for the new radio based
on its command set, but without knowledge of the new radio, I am not sure.
