I just finished upgrading from Windows 2k to xp. Smooth but a lot of time getting DXbase to work like it used to.
I think I am down to just getting the sound to work. No sound. The speaker Icon won't change to yellow like it used to and Displays Master sound off in the General tab. What am I missing. It must require enableing somewhere but I haven't found it. I've read the help file: <SNIP> Playing Sounds for DX Spots Switching All Sound On or Off DXbase provides an ICON that looks like a speaker. This is a switch for turning all sound on or off. To toggle master sound on or off, move your cursor over the speaker icon located on the DXbase status bar at the bottom of your screen. Click the left mouse button to toggle the speaker on or off. The cursor will change to a hand image when positioned over the speaker.
