I have noticed that the database seems to have grown bigger lately. My 12K or so QSOs yield a database of about 50MB that goes down to about 9M after I compact it. It pretty quickly gets back up to 40-50M, and I don't remember that to be the case previously. I did a DB repair too, but that made no difference to the stability problem.
